If you have an issue with a course you're enrolled in, your first support contact should be your instructor.

Otherwise, if you have troubles with any of Northark's computer systems, you can fill out the Form Tech Support form, and someone in IT Services will respond as soon as possible. IT Services offers support Monday through Friday, between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. 

If you're a Northark faculty/staff member, use JIRA and click Create Issue to request assistance that way.
